Most of Australia’s native flowers and trees are unique to this country. As well as the well-known wattles, waratahs and eucalypts, Australia has a wealth of rainforest vegetation, including native orchids, and also a vast range of unusual plants, grasses and wildflowers adapted to the harsh conditions of the outback.
In this book the beauty and variety of Australia’s flowers and trees are presented in colour photographs from the Australian Picture Library accompanied by text by Neil Hermes.
